Afraid of color?

Color! Don't be afraid of color. Put away that boring brown and gray for now. Spring and Summer are the perfect time of year to express yourself with bright shades of pink, blue, green and purple.
The 80s are back, baby! Don't fight it! Neon colors are the hottest trends. I'd like to get my hands on this palette by Pop. It is sold at Ulta for $22.
A good rule of makeup application: If you apply intense color to the eyes wear a more natural lip color.
The same works backward. A bold lipstick looks the best when natural colors are applied to the eyes.
